The stimulus check is a payment from the Federal Government given to individuals to put money directly in the pockets of individuals struggling to manage the economic fallout of COVID-19.
If you answer yes to all the questions below, you might be eligible for a stimulus payment under the non-filer's status.
• Are you a U.S. citizen?
• Do you have a Social Security number?
• Has no one has claimed you as a dependent on their income tax?
• Did your income did not exceed 12,200?
• Did you not file a tax return for 2018 or 2019?
